1) BOOKING:

2) CHANGES TO BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS:
a. We kindly ask our customers to understand that the booked period will be fully charged even in the event of early departure: the total amount of the overnight stay for the remaining nights must be paid in full.
b. DEPOSIT: The deposit requested at check-in equal to € 100.00 will remain valid and guarantee for the entire duration of the stay and will be returned upon departure after checking the room, for the regularity of the stay, with possible charge in case of damage, and / or early departure.
c. LOSS OF KEY LOSS: The break of the key, will be counted with a minimum amount of € 5.00 for the duplicate. The loss of the keychain will be counted with a minimum amount of € 30.00. d. DAMAGE DEBIT: Guests respond and are required to pay damages caused by them or caused by people under their responsibility. IN THE CASE OF MISSING LINEN, WE WILL BE CONSTRUCTED TO CHARGE THE ACCOUNT.
